In this Lab I pinged multiple devices, in which I then investigated their mac addresses.

The MAC address of my workstation’s nic is 1C-69-7A-A6-49-66 and the MAC address of the Default Gateway Router’s nic is 4C-6D-58-1A-DF-3C.

The mac address of the destination nic is different. They are different because the ending nic is different than before.
